摘要 研究了蜜环菌菌索在7种不同培养基上的生长特性,结果表明:菌索在蛋白胨综合PDA培养基和综合培养基上生长速度最快,分别为5.02和4.35mm/d,长满斜面的时间分别为20和23d,而且菌索生长势强、分枝多、密度高。 The rihzomorph growing character of Armillaria rnellea were studied. The results showed that the optimal culture medum was peptone-synthesize PDA and synthesize PDA, respectively. The rihzomorph growth rate was 5.02 and 4.35 mm/d and showed highly rihzomorph density, strongly growth vigour.
