阿维菌素残留检测技术研究

Study on the Development Method of Abamectin Residue Determination

阿维菌素作为抗生素类杀虫药剂,被广泛应用于农业和畜牧业。作为高毒化合物,其在动植物中的残留问题不容忽视。笔者综述了阿维菌素在蔬菜、水果、土壤、水、血液和牛组织中的残留检测技术。

Abamectin belongs to the family of macrocyclic lactones, which had been found wide usage in crop and livestock against a board spectrum of pesticides and arthropods. As a poison substance, the abamectin residue in plant and animal tissue should be considered. Some determination methods of abamectin residue have been analyzed by high performance liquid chromatography-fluorescence detector （HPLCFLD ）, HPLC-MS, immunoaffinity chromatography （ IAC ）, ELISA method and in different matrices, such as grain, vegetable, fruit, soil, blood, bovine muscle.
