摘要
本文用啮合面上一个大小、位置均可变的椭圆来模拟不同的接触区,建立了此时的齿面接触应力公式并编制了相应的计算程序,对齿面接触区、工作齿面等对弧齿锥齿轮接触强度的影响作了一些有益的探讨。
This paper uses an ellipse with varisble sire and position in the meshing plane to simulate different contacting area and under this condition established a formula of tooth surface contact stress and worked out the corresponding calculation program. A number of beneficial discussions has been made on the effect of contact strensth on spiral bevel gears affected by tooth surf see contact area and tooth working area etc.
