Analysis of the Expropiation Standard and Setting Problem of the Land-losing Farmer

针对目前地价补偿标准问题,探索一种合理、有效且易于操作的征地补偿标准和失地农民安置模式。在货币安置模式中结合劳动力进行分类分析,提出新的货币安置模式。

In order to set up the compensation standard of land value which is the key problem in the reform of land expropriation system at present, the authors aims at probing the rational,valid and operational method of compensation standard and the allocation pattern of the farmer losing territory.And the authors bring a new coin allocation pattern through analyzing the labour force.Our aim is finding the rational way to plant the farmer losing land.
