摘要
劳动力素质是苏北与苏南经济发展存在巨大差距的最主要因素。只有抓好苏北农村基础教育和发展农村职业技术教育,才能全面提升苏北农村劳动力素质,这是江苏实现“两个率先”,构建社会主义和谐社会的关键。
The labor force quality is the primary factor of huge economic disparity between the northern Jiangsu and the southern Jiangsu. Attention to elementary education in the northern Jiangsu countryside should be specially paid including the development of the countryside vocational-technical education in order to comprehensively promote the northern Jiangsu rural labor force quality.
