摘要
随着信息技术和网络技术的发展，信息技术在电力工业过程控制和经营管理中发挥着越来越大的作用，电力信息化成为推进电力工业发展的重要因素。我国各级电力企业都在进行信息化建设，并且各单位的信息化建设框架基本相同，本文对参与过的某电力信息系统的建设进行系统化的功能分析，希望能对待建的电力MIS项目有所帮助。
