摘要
首次对中药淫羊藿中降压活性成分淫羊藿甙的HMQC和HMBC谱进行了深入研究.结合1H—1HCOSY谱.确切归属了全部碳氢信号,并直接从HMBC谱上确认了异戊烯基,甲氧基,鼠李糖和葡萄糖在黄酮母核上的连接位置.并修正了文献中关于该化合物某些碳信号归属的错误.显示这两种2DNMR新技术对结构复杂的黄酮甙类化合物的结构研究具有重要意义.
The HMQC and HMBC spectra of icariin,a natural flavonoid isolated from theaerial parts of Epimedium grandiflorum,whid showh evident hypotensive action,were studied for the first time.The signals of protons in 1H NMR and carbons in 13CNMR of the Compound were assigned definitely.Some mistakes about assignments of carbon signals were revised by 2D NMR.The attached positions of methoxy,isoprene,rhamnose and glucose in the molecule of the compound were directly confirmed according to the correlated cross peaks in HMBC spectrum.The results of the paper indicate that HMQC and HMBC spectra exert significance on structural elucidation of new natural microcompounds.
