基于Petri网的信息系统集成项目管理模型研究

Research on Integrated Information System Project Management Model Based-on Petri Net

针对当前项目管理规划软件存在的缺陷,介绍了一个基于Petri网的信息系统集成项目管理模型(DSPM)的设计和实现机理。该模型利用知识库和工作流技术,很好地将项目过程管理与工作流系统集成起来,并且提出了一种有效的任务依赖关系管理模式,很好地解决了项目规划、调度、变更等关键问题。

Aiming at the limitation of current project management planning software, the design and implementation mechanism of integrated information system project management model based on Petri net is introduced. By adopting the knowledge library and workflow technology, the project process management and workflow system is integrated very well. And an effective task dependence relation management pattern is also proposed, which solved the crucial problems, such as project planning, scheduling and alternating etc.
