结合国内外近年来生物科学领域中的迅速进展以及个人多年研究多种菌毛株的经验,作者于1984年建成一株“绿脓杆菌 MSHA 菌毛株”。本菌毛株具有跨菌属的广谱免疫原性。使用此新型菌毛株,1985年制成“绿脓杆菌MSHA 菌毛株菌苗”(简称 PA 菌毛株菌苗)。经基础实验研究、动物实验、志愿者人体验证及临床试用,均获得良好效应。

For more than twenty years,auther had studied many piliated strainsof many bacteria.Combining the recent development in the world withour experience,auther had established a new “MSHA piliated strain ofPs.aeruginosa” in April 1984.This piliated strain has a broad-spectrumimmuno-genicity.A vaccine(named as “PA piliated strain vaccine”) had prepared from this new pillared strain in 1985.Through many basicexperimental investigations,a lot of animal tests,volunteer examinations& primarily clinical applications to several infections of gram negativebacteria & some immunological diseases,the vaccine has been showinggood curative effect.
