摘要
分析了产品开发项目管理系统的构建要求，提出了一种基于web的分布式工作流管理系统，运用了统一建模语言（Unified Modeling Language；UML）进行企业产品开发流程分析及建构参考模型，讨论了基于web的工作流技术以提供不同形式的流程处理机制与流程自由定制，最后指出了需要进一步深入研究的问题。
This paper presents a product development project management system after the essence of workflow based on web is explained. Product development activity is described and enterprise model is established by using Unified Modeling Language （UML）.And how this workflow system based on web provides different types of workflow processes is also discussed. At last, the aspects for further research are pointed out.
