狭苞橐吾内酯A的2DNMR研究

2D NMR STUDIES ON INTERMEDOXIDE A

报道了从狭苞橐吾根中分离得到的一个新的倍半萜内酯．命名为狭苞橐吾内酯Ａ，利用１３Ｃ—１ＨＣＯＳＹ、１Ｈ－１ＨＣＯＳＹ、１Ｈ—１ＨＮＯＥＳＹ和１３Ｃ－１ＨＣＯＬＯＣＬＲ等２ＤＮＭＲ技术归属了所有质子和碳的化学位移信号，并探讨了该化合物的相对构型．

A new sesquiterpene lactone was isolated from the roots of Ligularia intermedia,named as intermedoxide A. All the ￣1H and ￣(13)C NMR chemical shifts of the compound were assigned by ￣(13)C- ￣(1)H COSY, ￣1H - ￣1H COSY, ￣1H - ￣1H NOESY and ￣(13)C - ￣1H COLOC LR 2D NMR techniques.
