摘要
报道了从狭苞橐吾根中分离得到的一个新的倍半萜内酯.命名为狭苞橐吾内酯A,利用13C—1HCOSY、1H-1HCOSY、1H—1HNOESY和13C-1HCOLOCLR等2DNMR技术归属了所有质子和碳的化学位移信号,并探讨了该化合物的相对构型.
A new sesquiterpene lactone was isolated from the roots of Ligularia intermedia,named as intermedoxide A. All the  ̄1H and  ̄(13)C NMR chemical shifts of the compound were assigned by  ̄(13)C-  ̄(1)H COSY,  ̄1H -  ̄1H COSY,  ̄1H -  ̄1H NOESY and  ̄(13)C -  ̄1H COLOC LR 2D NMR techniques.
