Developing community health service is the important method of solving the problem that it is difficult and expensive for common people to see a doctor and safeguarding public health security. This article elaborated the vital role of community health service in preventing and controlling respiratory system disease, and proposed some measures which were feasible in preventing and controlling common respiratory system diseases in community.
