大鼠尺神经感觉纤维在脊髓胶状质的纵横投射——酸性磷酸酶法研究

摘要 目的 研究大鼠尺神经感觉纤维在脊髓胶状质的定位投射。方法 按照跨神经节溃变的原理建立模型,采用酸性磷酸酶法观测。结果 大鼠尺神经的感觉纤维在脊髓胶状质纵向投射,主要到脊髓C6中段至T1中段胶状质,其横向投射则均在胶状质中线以内,主要位于胶状质内侧半的外侧1/2-3/4区域。结论 尺神经投射居内,桡神经投射居外。 Objective To study the orientation projections of sensory fibers of ulnar nerve to the substantial gelatins(SG)of the spinal oared in rats. Methods The models with transganglionic degeneration were established and then observed by using acid phosphatese technique. Results It was found that the sensory fibers of the Ulnar nerve in rats were chiefly projected to SG from the middle part of C6 to the middle part of T1 in the spinal cord longitudinally and as to their traverse projections the fibers were found within the midline of SG, and mainly in the region of the lateral 1/2- 3/4 at medial half. Conclusion Ulnar nerve project to the medial and radial nerves to the lateral region of SG.
