皮层和深部电极监测顽固性癫痫的手术治疗

Composite Surgical Treatment of Refractory Epilepsy with Cortical and Depth Electroencephalographic Location of Epilepsy Focus.

目的 探讨在电生理监测下顽固性癫痫的外科治疗。方法 根据脑电图（EEG）和影像学检查对36例顽固性癫痫患者术前评估、术中皮层和深部电极监测，采用综合手术方式切除致痫灶、阻断癫痫扩散经路。结果 长期随访后疗效评估，有效率为91．7％。术后神经功能保持良好，无手术并发症。结论 在皮层和深部电极术中监测和指导下外科治疗顽固性癫痫是较好的治疗方法。

Objective To study the methos of surgical treatment of refractory epilepsy.Methods According to EEG, CT and MRI,pre-operating evaluation was made in 36 cases with refractory epilepsy, and epilepsy focuses were located by cortical and depth electroencephalography in operations.Epilepsy focus was resected and epilepsy diffuse access was interrupted with composite operating methods.Results Total efficacy was 91.7%.Conclusion By cortical and depth electroencephalography, the methods of composite surgical treatment of refractory epilepsy was a better.
