射频电波刀在宫颈病变治疗中的作用

Application of High Frequency Radiosurgical Knife in the Trentment of Cervical Disease.

目的 评价射频电波刀在治疗宫颈病变中的临床效果与应用价值。方法 对86例经宫颈细胞学检测与阴道镜检查及镜下活检初步诊断的宫颈病变患者，采用射频电波刀行宫颈环形切除术，观察手术时间、出血量、病人反应、安全性、术后修复及标本有无炭化等情况。结果 射频电波刀宫颈环切平均手术时间为4．6min，出血量9．7ml，病人无疼痛感。术后标本无1例炭化现象，无感染及宫颈管粘连与狭窄发生。术后1个月，90．70％（78／86）患者宫颈上皮覆盖率达100％，术后2个月，86例病人宫颈上皮均修复光滑，形态恢复正常。结论 射频电波刀治疗宫颈病变操作简单、安全快速，创伤小、恢复快、并发症少，值得临床推广应用。

Objective To evaluate the value of loop electrosurgical excision procesure （LEEP）ofhigh frequency radiosurgical knife in treatment of cervical diseases （cervicitis, cervical intraepithelial neoplasia ）. Methods 86 cases with cervical lesion were diagnosed after Thinpap ,colposcopy and biopsy in our hospital for LEEP of high frequency radiosurgical knife. All specimens after LEEPwere sent for pathological diagnosis. The duration of the management, the amount of bleeding, the complains of the patients as well as the close follow up after treatment were all noted and recired in detail. Results The operation duration of LEEP is 4.6min, Average amount of the bleeding was 9.7cc. No secondary haemorrage , infection and carbonification of insion were found. One months after LEEP the cervical epithelia of 90.70% （78/86） the patients were covered. Two months after operation the cervical epithelia 86 cases were covered. Conclusion Its use is very simple, quick and safe. It does not cause carbonification of incisions, No danger of electronic current going through the body, very little pain, little scar and little complication are its advantages. It is worthy of popularizing.
