摘要
目的 探讨游泳与抚触对婴儿神经行为发育效果的变化规律。方法 采用Oesell发育量表对游泳与抚触婴儿神经行为发育状况进行测试,同时记录婴儿神经、心理发育项目完成的月龄并设对照组,观察游泳与抚触对婴儿神经行为发育效果的关系。结果 游泳组婴儿神经、心理发育项目完成的月龄提前,两组比较差异显著P〈0.01。游泳组在大运动、精细运动及个人交往能区方面与对照组比较差异显著,P〈0.01。结论 游泳与抚触对婴儿神经行为发育有促进作用。
Objective To approach the regularity of nerve and behavior in the body of infant,we adopt the method of swimming and touch.Methods We adopt epidemiology surey methond to compare and the two groups Gesell developmental scale and infant's nerve and behavior development item completed age to compare the swimming group and control group. Results The difference is significant of swimming group on watch red ball 180 degree, face lying and raise head and submaxilla away from bed, assist axil can walk vigorously 4 steps stand on lamina dura, head erect, turn the body over 90 degree, prone position support by hand, pronounce vowel a o e and so on. and on big movement district and fine movement district and individual contact district. P〈0.01.Conclusion Swimming and touch can promote the infant's nerve and behavior development and infant brain nerve cell development.
