凯西莱治疗酒精性肝病疗效观察

Therapeutic Effect of Tiopronin Tablets on Treating Alcoholic liver Diseases.

观察凯西莱治疗酒精性肝病的疗效。80例酒精性肝病患者随机分为A组（治疗组）和B组（对照组），分别用凯西菜片剂和肌苷片治疗，疗程均为4周，治疗组总有效率97．5％，治疗组显效所需时间平均为（10．0±6．8）d，明显少于对照组（P〈0．01），治疗组ALT、AST、GGT复常分别为97．5％、92．5％、90．0％，与对照组相比差异显著（P〈0．01）。治疗组ALT、AST、GOT下降幅度均明显高于对照组（P〈0．01），凯西菜治疗酒精性肝病疗效较好，优于肌苷。

To observe the efficacy of Tiopronin Tablets on the treatment of alcoholic liver diseases, In this series, 80 Patients with alcoholic liver diseases were randomly divided into group A and group B. Patients in Group A received Tiopronin Tablets for four weeks , patients in Group B received inosine for four weeks . In Group A, at the end of treatment, the total effective rate was 97.5%, which was significantly higher than that in Group B （P〈0.01）. Time of marked effective was （10.0±6.8）day, which was significantly shorter than that in Group B （P〈0.01）. The decrease of ALT, AST and GGT after treatment were more significant in Group A than that in Group B （P 〈 0.01）.There covery rate ofALT, AST and GGT were 97.5%, 92.5%, 90.0%, respectively in Group A, which were significantly higher than in Group B （P〈0.01）. Tiopronin Tablets has better efficacy than Inosine on the treatment of patients with alcoholic liver diseases. Patients with alcoholic liver diseases should be advised to receive Tiopronin Tablets.
