以NaB3H4还原1-(2-氧-3-甲氧丙基)-2-硝基-1H-咪唑制得1-[2-3H](2-羟基-3-甲氧丙基)-2-硝基-1H-咪唑(简称3H-MISO).产品经硅胶-H柱洗脱、蒸馏、Sep-PakC18柱处理,并经HPLC及液闪检测,化学纯度>99.9%,放射化学纯度>97%,比活度为16.05TBq/mol。
he synthesis of tritium-labelled miSOnidazole (3H-MISO) via the NaB3H4 reduction of 1-(3-(methoxy-2-oxopropyl)-2-niro-1H-imidazole is described. The obtained product is treated with silica gel Column,distillation and Sep-Pak C18 columm HPLC shows that the chemical purity of the productis more than 99. 9% and its radiochemical purity is more than 97%. The specific activity of the product is 16. 05TBq/mol,as determined by HPLC and liquid scintillation counting.
