摘要
结合高压启动恒流源设计了一种用于离线式开关电源的内部电源电路。采用0.6μmBCD工艺模型对该电路进行了仿真,结果表明所设计的电路在不同的负载电流下均可为芯片内部提供较稳定的电源电压,并可实现高压恒流充电功能,简化了系统启动时间的控制。
For the use of off-line switching mode a high voltage startup current source is proposed power supply IC, an internal power supply circuit combining with Using 0.6μm BCD process, the result of simulation shows that the circuit features a good performance with different load current while providing a nal circuit. High voltage startup current source achieves the steady voltage level to the intercharging with a constant current, which simplifies the timing control through the system' s startup.
