On the New Social Group of the Urban and the Economic Social Development of Binhai New Area

在滨海新区的发展和建设中流动劳动人口发挥了很大作用,已经形成了一个新的社会群体。滨海新区的开发开放纳入国家总体发展战略之后,将会有更多的流动劳动人口投身于新区建设。因此,有必要全面分析滨海新区流动劳动人口的现状、特点和作用等问题,探求流动劳动人口与滨海新区发展的规律,以更好地为滨海新区的发展服务。

In the development and the construction of Binhai New Area, the floating labor force has played quite important role, and has already formed new social group. After the development and the opening-up of Binhai New Area are bought into the master plan of national overall developmental strategy, we will expect more and more floating labor force joining in to the construction of this new area. We need to comprehensively analyze the present situation, the characteristic and the function of floating labor force in the Binhai New Area, explore the development law between the floating labor force and the development of Binhai New Area, so as to better serve for the development of Binhai Newly Area.
