雌激素维护骨代谢,并抑制淋巴细胞免疫功能。以50GyX射线局部照射大鼠卵巢,造成卵泡闭锁、雌二醇(E2)低下,并致尿Ca/cr(钙/肌肝)、HOP/cr(羟脯氨酸/肌肝)和血ALP(碱性磷酸酶)升高,骨小梁数和面积减小,淋巴细胞增殖和分泌IL-2的活性增加。淋巴细胞分泌IL-2的活性与血E2水平是显著负相关,24h尿Ca量与淋巴细胞分泌IL-2的活性呈显著正相关。表明卵巢电高辐射效应对骨代谢和淋巴细胞免疫功能有明显影响,IL-2在雌激素对骨代谢的影响中可能起介导作用。
Estrogen is a factor supporting the equilibrium of bone metabolism and inhibiting the immunological function of lymphocytes. In this paper. the occlusion of ovarian follicle, the reduction of estrodiol secretion, the increase of values of Ca/cr and HOP/cr in urine and ALP in serum. the decrease of MTN (mean trabeculae number) and MTV, (mean trabeculae volume) and the increase of proliferation and secretion of IL-2 in splenic of rats wese observed when their ovaries had been irradiation with X-rays of 50Gy. There was obviouse negative correlation between the IL-2 secretion and the level of estrodiol in serum. It also showed marked positive correlation between the level of calcium in urine and the activity of IL-2 secreted by splenic lymphocytes. It was suggested that the bone metabolism and the immunological function of lymphocytes could be influenced by the ovaries exposed to irradiation. The effect of estrogen on bone metabolism might be mediated by IL-2.
