通过角色扮演法分析老年失明、耳聋患者的护理对策

Analysis of Nursing Measures for Aged Patients Who Suffer from Blindness and Deafness by Way of Role-playing

目的通过扮演失明、耳聋患者角色,揣摩患者心理提高护理质量。方法将科室的护士分成三组,病房护士组,扮演患者组,现场观摩与记录组。结果将揣摩出的心理问题及护理措施应用于临床,建立了良好的护患关系。结论RPT是一种换位思考的好方法,通过RPT,也是提高护理质量的好措施。

Aim： Try to fathom the patients＇psychology to enhance nursing quality by playing the role of patients who suffer from blindness and deafness. Method： Divide the nurses in the section into three groups, i.e. the group of nurses in the ward, the group of patients and the group of viewing on the spot and making record. Result： Applying the fathomed psychological problems and nursing measures to the clinical work so as to establish a good relation between patients and nurses. Conclusion： RPT is a good way to think in somebody else＇s perspective as well as a good measure to raise nursing quality.
