为了防止污染和再利用,主要介绍“TWINflex”印制电路板的新方案以及热塑性Polyimid及其发展和自强化Polyester和耐高温、热塑性印制电路板的特性。
For the protection of environmental-contamination and reuse, new concept of＂TWINflex＂-printed circuit board and property ofthermoplaste polyimid and development and property of self-strengthening polyester and refractory, thermoplaste-printed circuit board are main intoducted here.
