摘要
本文介绍了应用于高速电视测量系统的大容量的存储器的设计和实现,该存储器以500f/s的速度完成2000f图象的实时记录,提出了一种适宜于动态存储器的切换刷新方案。将高密可编程器件(EPLD)应用于系统研制中,使测量系统具有体积小,可靠性高和调试方便的特点。
This paper introduces the research of huge size memory which is applied in the high-speedtelevision. The memory can realtimely record 2000 image frame data at the speed of 500 image framesper second.Anew way of memory refresh is also suggested.The new device named EPLD is applied inthe research of the system,so the mesure system has the feature of lessvolume and high-reliability.
