Abstract Holographic plates of the red sensitive photopolymer (RSP) were exposed by interfering a focal light beam with a parallel light beam. After the plates were developed, dewatered and dried, we fabricated the plates that realized crossover optical interconnections. In the experiment, the diffractive efficiencies of holographic elements were controlled at about 50%.
