摘要
本文就11例多发性骨髓瘤的误诊原因进行了分析,指出由于骨髓瘤前期表现的多种多样,极易造成误诊,同时复习了引起这些表现的机制,并提出了早期诊断该病的线索。
The misdiagnostic causes in 11 cases of multiple myeloma were studiedin this article.It showed that the variety of clinical presentations inearly stage is often responsible for misdiagnosis.We reviewed themechanisms which cause these manifestations and presented someuseful approaches for early diagnosis of multiple myeloma.
