校准试验筛用标准物质的研究

Research on Certified Reference Materials for Calibration of Test Sieves

本标准物质系由实心球形微珠按一定分布配制而成,是用于校准试验筛筛孔孔径的国家一级标准物质。按粒径分为两种:GBW12002的测量范围为65～200μm(相当于80～200目);GBW12003的测量范围为30～80μm(相当于200～450目)。两者量程相互衔接,覆盖了工业及科研部门常用的筛分范围。

The Certified Reference Materials (CRM's) made of spherical micro glass beads have been approved as the primary reference materials by the State Bureau of Technical Supervision of China for calibrating the effective openings of test sieves. There are two kinds of CRM's according to the distribution of the size of glass beads: GBW 12002 and GBW 12003 with measuring ranges of 65～200μm (corresponds to No. 200～80 mesh) and 30～80μm (correspends to No. 450～200 mesh), respectively. The two ranges are connected and covering nominal ranges for use in the industry and laboratories.
