Principle and Testing Techniques for the One-Wire Cutout Method to Measure Thermal Conductivity of Materials

建立起单丝断电法的物理和数学模型,并用以测量材料导热系数;探讨和分析了测试技术及影响测量精度的因素。测量了多种材料的导热系数,均得到了满意的结果。表明单丝断电法是一种可靠、简单、快捷的测试方法。

-A physical and mathematical model of the One-Wire Cutout Method (OWCM) is set up for measuring thermal conductivity of materials. The testing techniques and factors influencing precision of measurement are discussed and analysed. The thermal eonduetivities of several material are measured and satisfying results are obtained, that OWCM could be a reliable, simple and rapid measuring method.
