外源性谷氨酰胺对肉仔鸡空肠发育的影响 被引量:1

摘要 进一步研究谷氨酰胺(Gln)在促进肠道发育、免疫功能,提高机体对创伤、感染等应激状态下的适应性方面的作用机理,本试验选择1日龄艾维因肉仔鸡160只,按公母均分的原则随机分成4组,各处理组环磷酰胺注射剂量为4mg/kg,免疫抑制于试验第三周进行。Ⅰ组为对照组饲喂基础日粮,Ⅱ、Ⅲ、Ⅳ组为试验组分别在基础日粮的基础上添加质量分数为0.1%、0.2%、0.4%的Gln进行饲喂,建立谷氨酰胺对环磷酰胺免疫抑制艾维因肉仔鸡调节作用的动物模型,测定机体空肠指数、绒毛直径和固有膜厚度,为Gln在生产上促进肉仔鸡肠道发育、预防免疫抑制及抵抗应激损伤作用提供依据。 To further expore the mechanism of CY-induced immunity suppres- sion and disscuss the effects and mechanism of glutamine on modulation of immunity function,maintains the intestinal tract structure and the function integrity,as well as enhances the organism to the wound,the infection and so on. CY-induced immunity suppression model is established by Avin birds, A total of 160Avian broilers, 1 -dayold, were randomly assigned to 4 dietary treatments, with 2 replicates per treatment and 20 broilers per replicate. Chicken in different group were fed a basal corn-soyfishmeal diet added 0%, 0.1%, 0.2%, 0.4%G1n respectively. Each processing link CY injectian dosage is 4mg/kg, the immunity suppression to experiments the 3rd week carries on. The immunity indexes including lymphocytic proliferation function,serum Cytokin concentration,blood biochemistry change and apoptosis of lymphocyte in peripheral blood are determined. The result showed, there were different effect of glutamine supplementation on index of Jejunum,villous diameter, laminapropriadepth during the experimental weeks of age. Therefore, in CY -induced immunity suppression model, Supplement of Gin after immunity suppression may modulate and enhance the immunity function in Avin Broilers, prevent the occurrence of immunity suppression effectively.
