摘要
本实验研究用人胆结石植入豚鼠胆囊,制备胆结石的动物模型。金石散、熊去氧胆酸(UDCA)喂饲两个月后结果显示:金石散对肝肾功能无不良影响。金石散溶解胆固醇结石效果略低于 UDCA,但其溶解胆色素效果则高于 UDCA(P<0.05)。实验组的胆汁酸含量非常明显地高于对照组(P<0.01)。急性灌注实验表明,金石散灌注十二指肠,可显著降低胆汁中胆红素、胆固醇及粘液的含量(P<0.05),同时非常显著地升高胆汁酸含量(P<0.01),本文对金石散的溶石作用机制进行了讨论。
This comparative study was undertaken to clarify the effect of gallstonedissolution,functional changes of liver and kidney and alternationof bile composition fed by Jin Shi San(JSS),Ursodeoxycholic acid(UDCA)for two months.The mechanisms of gallstone dissolutionwere investigated.An experimental model of gallstone was preparedby implanting patients gallstones(cholesterol stone,CS;pigmentstone,PS)into the gallbladder of guinea pigs by surgical operation.The results of the present study demonstrated that there is nosignificant changes of hepatic and renal functions treated by JSS.Thecomparative study of gallstone dissolution showed that the effect ofJSS,UDCA on CS,PS dissolution was signicantly higher than that ofcontrol(P<0.01).The dissolving efficiency of JSS on CS was lessthan that of UDCA,but significantly higher than that of UDCA on PSdissolution(P<0.05).The dissolving efficiency was closely related tothe significant increase of cholic acid.In addition,the concentrationof bilirubin,cholesterol and mucin in bile significantly decreased(P<0.05)during duodenal infusion by JSS;while concentration ofcholic acid in bile significantly increase(P<0.01).In view of theabove results,it is suggested that the dissolving effect of JSS may berelated not only to the alternation of bile composition,but also to thealternation of bile viscosity which required futher investigate.Thesedata also provide some objective evidence for more researches of theseChinese herbs.
