摘要
目的:分离和鉴定猪链球菌,为疫情的确定、预防及控制提供理论依据。方法:用血琼脂、生化反应及PCR对疑似猪链球菌感染病例、接触者和病死猪的血液、脑脊液及脏器等共30份标本进行分离培养和鉴定,阳性菌株进行药敏试验。结果:从病人脑脊液和血液中检出猪链球菌2型菌株2份。经PCR方法检测菌株,含有猪链球菌种特异性基因16SrRNA(SPE基因),猪链球菌荚膜多糖编码基因(CPS 2A基因),猪链球菌溶菌酶释放相关蛋白编码基因(MRP基因)。药敏试验表明,猪链球菌2型对四环素耐药,对左旋氟沙星、氨苄西林、青霉素、阿齐霉素、头孢吡肟、头孢肟、万古霉素等敏感。结论:猪链球菌2型是引起此次人类感染疫情的病原微生物。
Objective. To isolate and identify Streptpcoccus Suis in order to provide theory basis for diagnosis, control and prevention of this disease. Methods: The blood agar, biochemical and PCR were used to isolate and identify the pathogen from 30 samples in the blood, cerebrospinal fluid and organs of the probably patients, contactor and died pigs, further more, the positive Streptpcoccus Suis was tested by the experiment of disc Agar Diffusion. Results: Two Streptpcoccus suis serotype 2 type was isolated and identified from 30 samples in the blood and cerebrospinal of the probably patients. Besides, the Streptpcoccus suis species specific gene 16SrRNA (species), Strepcoccus Suis serotype 2 type specific and pathogenicity specific gene (CPS 2A) and Muramidase-released protein gene (MRP) were identified from the two cells. The two isolated Streptpcoccus Suis serotype 2 type showed the susceptibility to Ofloxacin, Amplcillin, Penicillin, Azithromycin, Cefepime, Cefotaxime, Vancomycin, and resistance to Tetra cycline. Conclusion: This human infected disease was caused by the Streptpcoccus Suis serotype 2 type.
