某大型钢铁企业工伤事故原因分析

ANALYSIS OF OCCUPATIONAL INJURIES IN ONE IRON AND STEEL ENTERPRISE.

目的：了解钢铁企业工伤事故的分布规律和影响因素，为企业开展有效的危险辩识、发现安全管理中存在的问题和制定预防措施提供依据。方法：收集四川某大型钢铁企业2001-2004年的伤亡事故登记资料，建立数据库，进行统计分析。结果：工伤事故发生的年龄以30-40岁组最高。事故类型以机械伤害为主，占25％。事故发生的原因主要是劳动者的不安全行为，占47．7％；其次为机械、物质或环境不安全状态占27．9％；两种因素都存在占19．8％。结论：伤亡事故的发生是多方面的因素，通过原因分析可以有针对性的采取防制措施，促进企业安全管理的改善。

Objective： To study the distribution roles and influential factors of occupational accidents and to provide basis for risk analysis, safe management and prevention measure in Iron and Steel enterprise. Methods： Analysis was carried out by collecting registry files of occupational injury from 2001 to 2004 in one Iron and Steel enterprise of Sichuan province. Results： majority of the occupational accidents had happened in the workers who were 30 to 40 years old （47.0%）. The major types of accidents were machine/equipment injuries （25%）. The main reasons for occupational injuries were unsafe behavior （47.7%）, unsafe state （27.9 % ）. Conclusion： The occupational accidents were caused by multiple factors, prevention and control measures should be taken and safe management should be improved by accidents analysis.
