RP-HPLC法测定桉树蜜中木犀草素的含量

DETERMINATION OF LUTEOLIN IN EUCALYPTUS HONEY BY RP-HPLC.

目的：建立RP-HPLC法测定桉树蜜中木犀草素含量的方法。方法：以Hpersil BDS C18（250×4．6mm，5μm）为分析柱，甲醇：0．4％磷酸水溶液（45：55）为流动相，流速为1．0ml·min^-1，检测波长为345nm。结果：木犀草素的线性范围为5．1-255．0μg·ml^-1，r=0．9999，平均回收率为100．39％。结论：该方法简便，准确，可用于桉树蜜中木犀草素的含量测定。

Objective： To establish an RP - HPLC method to determine the contents of luteolin in eucalyptus honey by RP- HPLC. Methods： The Hpersil BDS C18 （250×4.6 mm, 5μm） column and methanol-0.4% phosphonic acid （45：55） as mobile phase were used. The flow rate was 1.0 ml·min^-1, the detective wavelength was 345 nm. Results： The linear range of luteolin was 5.1-255.0 μg·ml^-1 （r =0.9999）. The average recovery rate was 100.39%. Conclusion. The method is simple and accurate which can be used to determine the contents of Luteolin in eucalyptus boney.
