五龙颗粒对实验性AR大鼠IL-4、IFN-γmRNA表达的影响

The effects of Wulong Granule on the expression of IL-4 and IFN-γmRNA in nasal mucosa of rats with experimental allergic rhinitis

目的研究五龙颗粒对脾虚型AR大鼠IL-4、IFN-γmRNA表达的影响。方法采用病证结合的方法造模,用RT-PCR法检测鼻黏膜mRNA的表达。结果五龙颗粒对实验性AR大鼠鼻黏膜IL-4、IFN-γmRNA表达具有明显调节作用,降低IL-4水平,提高IFN-γ水平。结论五龙颗粒可能通过调节细胞因子IL-4、IFN-γmRNA的表达而对大鼠实验性AR发挥治疗作用。

Objective To investigate the effects of Wulong Granule （WLG） on the expression of IL-4 and IFN-γ mRNA in nasal mucosa of rats with experimental allergic rhinitis in the pattern of Spleen deficiency. Methods A combined method with disease and pattern co-modeling procedure was taken to prepare the animal models with experimental allergic rhinitis in the pattern of Spleen deficiency. Then, the tissue samples of nasal mucosa were taken from these animals and RT-PCR procedures were utilized to determine the expression of IL-4 and IFN-γmRNA in these samples. Results WLG showed significant regulatory effect on the expression of IL-4 and IFN-γmRNA in nasal mucosa of rats with the lesion in the pattern of Spleen deficiency, showing reduced expressing level of IL-4 mRNA and increased expressing level of IFN-γmRNA. Conclusion The therapeutic effect of WLG on experimental allergic rhinitis of rats in the pattern of Spleen deficiency may be brought about through regulating the expression of cytokines like IL-4 and IFN-γ.
