白介素-10-627基因多态性和儿童哮喘的相关性研究 被引量:1

摘要 目的探讨白介素-10(IL-10)基因-627位点多态性与昆明地区儿童哮喘的相关性。方法采用聚合酶链反应-限制性片段长度多态性(PCR-RFLP)分析方法,检测50例哮喘儿童和36例健康儿童IL-10基因-627位点基因型,比较两组IL-10基因-627位点的基因型和等位基因分布频率。结果哮喘组和健康组3种基因型CC、CA、AA分别为:12.0%、48.0%、40.0%;8.3%、50.0%、41.7%。两组基因型分布差异无显著性(P>0.05)。哮喘组和健康组C和A的等位基因分布频率分别为:36.0%、64.0%;31.9%、68.1%。两组等位基因分布频率差异无显著性(P>0.05)。结论本研究表明IL-10基因-627位点多态性可能与昆明地区儿童哮喘易感性无关。 Objective: To evalute the possible association between the IL - 10 -627 polymorphism and ehildhood asthma in Kun- ming. Methods: The study was eondueted in two different groups: asthmatie ehildren ( n = 50) and healthy ehildren ( n = 32 ). The IL - 10 - 627 polymorphism was genotyped by polymerase chain reaction - restriction fragment length polymorphism analysis ( PCR - RFLP). Results: Frequeneies of CC, CA and AA genotypes were 8.7%, 48. 0% , 44. 0% and frequeneies of C, A allele were 32.0%, 68. 0% in the asthmatie group, however, frequeneies of CC, CA and AA genotypes were 9.4%, 46. 9%, 43. 8% and frequeneies of C, A allele were 32. 8%, 67.2% in the healthy group. There are no signifieant differenee in the distribution of genotypes and allele frequencies between the two groups. Conclusion: Our data suggest that the IL - 10 -627 polymorphism may not be associated with ehildhood asthma in Kunming.
