阴沟肠杆菌β内酰胺酶基因研究

摘要 目的了解临床分离的阴沟肠杆菌中β内酰胺酶基因存在状况。方法分离自临床44株阴沟肠杆菌,采用聚合酶链反应检测耐药基因(TEM、SHV、CTX-M-1群、OXA-1群、OXA-10群、DHA、ACT-1)。结果44株阴沟肠杆菌中TEM阳性24株(54.5%)、DHA阳性5株(11.4%)、ACT-1阳性35株(79.5%),其余基因均阴性。结论临床分离的阴沟肠杆菌TEM、DHA、ACT-1、基因携带率高。 Objective: To investigate the the genotyping of β - Lactamases (bla) in Enterobacter cloacae. Methods: 44 strains of Enterobacter cloacae were isolated from hospitalized patients, and the bla genes were detected by PCR. Results: The positive rates of genes of TEM, DHA and ACT - 1 were 54. 5%, 11.4% and 79. 5%. The other genes were not found in all 44 isolates tested. Conclusion : There were very high positive percentages of TEM, DHA and ACT - 1 genes in Enterobacter cloacae isolated clinically.
