试论新形势下农民增收的策略

Farmer's strategy in increasing income under new situation

农民增收是我国建设社会主义新农村面临的首要任务,是“三农”问题的核心,是全面建设小康社会的重点。但是近几年来农民收入增幅始终徘徊不前,其原因既有客观性因素,又有体制性制约。在此前提下,探讨农民增收的新举措是全面建设小康社会的现实选择。

Increasing of income of presents is the first task faced by our nation when it builds the new socialistic country, is the core of three problem about presents and is the emphases of comprehensively building affluent society. But recent years the increasing of income of presents is not changed some reason are impersonal factors but the more are because of being restricted by our system. On the premise of this, to discuss how to increasing the income of presents is a practical choice of comprehensively building affluent society.
