中部崛起话创新

On central area's uprising with innovation

改革开放以来,中部地区相对于全国总体水平或平均水平,特别是相对于东部沿海地区,在经济总量、发展水平、发展速度、“三化”(即工业化、城市化和市场化)进程及结构变动等方面存在着明显差距。防止出现宏观经济格局中部塌陷,实现中部地区经济崛起,既是中部地区经济社会发展的迫切要求,也是国家必须重视和解决的一个全局性、战略性问题。一个区域的崛起和发展问题最重要的是内部的创新。创新是一切动力之源,创新是发展的根本,惟有创新,中部才能崛起。

After the policy of reform and opening up, comparing with the GNP or per. capita GNP, especially the East coastal areas, the middle areas lag behind them on the total amount of economy, the level of development, the speed of development , three plans （ industrialization, townifide plan, optimizing the market） and change of area＇s economy. It is not only necessary for social economic development on the Middle areas to prevent exercise macroeconomic structure from sinking in the Middle and realize the economic rise in the middle , but also a overall situational and strategic problem which our country should pay attention to and deal with. The most important problem of rising and developing for an area is bringing forth new ideas inside. It is a source for all power and a basis of development to bring forth new ideas . The Middle areas can rise only within bringing forth new ideas.
