摘要
本文以需求理论、企业市场理论、规模经济理论、公司整合理论为集团公司扩张的理论基础,研究了湖南旅游公司集团化扩张战略应采取建立地理网络结构战略。进一步研究了湖南旅游公司集团化战略扩张的近期目标与远期目标,然后根据旅游集团公司的风险特征,从财务控制与业务控制制度上进行集团化扩张中细致的制度选择与安排,从而达到湖南旅游公司集团化扩张稳步发展。
This paper, regarding Demand Theory, Enterprise Market Theory, Scale Economic Theory and Company Combining Theory as the theoretical foundation of the group company expanding, researched HuNan tourist corporation grouping expanding strategy which should set up geographical network structure strategy. And further studied recent purpose and longterm purpose of the grouping strategy expanding of HuNan tourist corporation, then according to the risk characteristic of tourist group company, from the financial affairs and business controlling system made the careful system choose and arrange in the grouping expanding, thus reach the steady development in the grouping expanding of HuNan tourist corporation.
