21世纪是人才竞争的世纪,人才是企业利润的唯一源泉,谁拥有优秀的人才,谁就能获得更多的利润,求得更大的生存和发展空间。然而,我国中小企业由于自身条件的限制难以吸引优秀人才,从而影响了中小企业的发展。笔者认为采用人才租赁的方式,不失为中小企业吸引人才之有效途径。本文对中小企业吸引人才面临的困境、中小企业利用人才租赁的作用、中小企业采用人才租赁的程序和方式进行了阐述。
