摘要
21世纪是人才竞争的世纪,人才是企业利润的唯一源泉,谁拥有优秀的人才,谁就能获得更多的利润,求得更大的生存和发展空间。然而,我国中小企业由于自身条件的限制难以吸引优秀人才,从而影响了中小企业的发展。笔者认为采用人才租赁的方式,不失为中小企业吸引人才之有效途径。本文对中小企业吸引人才面临的困境、中小企业利用人才租赁的作用、中小企业采用人才租赁的程序和方式进行了阐述。
21 century is the century of talents' competition. Talents are the only resource for enterprises' profit. Anyone who owns excellent talents will make more profits and gain more spaces for survival and development. However, because of its' own limits, small and medium- sized enterprises in china can hardly introduce excellent human talents, which influence the development of small and medium -sized enterprises. I think, talent rent is an effective way to introduce human talents. This article expounds difficulties for small and medium -sized enterprises in the fields of talent introduction, impacts for small and medium- sized enterprises by using talent tent, the procedure and mode for small and medium - sized enterprises by using talent tent.
