商业银行为客户提供个性化服务是赢得市场份额的关键,而我国商业银行的服务产品存在雷同现象,因此,必须加强服务产品创新,以提升竞争力。
Commercial banks provide the service of Individual character to guests is the key to win markets, and the service products of our Commercial banks exists echoing what others have said. Therefore our Commercial banks have to make innovations service products in order to raise competitive ability.
