摘要
通过改变频率来控制交流电机转速的变频器得到越来越广泛应用,变频器可以通过串口通讯按照一定的协议任意改变变频器的工作状态。为了提高变频器控制系统的可靠性和智能程度,在VC++编程环境下,利用计算机丰富的软硬件资源,开发出符合特定需要的电机控制方案,实现了对东元变频器的动态参数控制和实时检测状态。整个系统灵活方便,具有很大的实用性。
The frequency converter,as one kind of controller controlling the rational speed of AC motor,gets more and more extensive application, and the frequency converter can be controlled by serial communication according to certain protocol. For the purpose of improving the reliability and intelligence degree of control system of frequency converter, based on Visual C++ programming environment, this paper develops a plan controlling motor according to the specific request of Frequency converter, which realizes dynamieaUy controlling the frequency's parameters and real-time detecting the state of the Dong Yuan Frequency Converter etc. The whole system is very convenient and practicable.
