摘要 采用松香与顺丁烯二酸酐加成并经季戊四醇酯化得到高酸价的半酯化顺酐松香加成树脂,选用合理的水复合溶剂体系,在中和剂作用下对顺酐松香加成树脂胺化成盐制备水性连结料;利用水性连结料与优质颜料、填料和助剂通过分散研磨复配得到适合织物丝网印花的水性涂料.实验表明:当松香/顺酐=1.3(量比),季戊四醇用量应为6% ̄7%(占树脂总量),其酸价140 ̄160mgKOH/g,以水复合溶剂溶解并经一乙醇胺中和至pH值9.0 ̄9.5得到水性连结料,选择优质颜料、填料和功能性助剂(增稠剂、触变剂)与之复配即得水性松香加成树脂丝网印花涂料. The semi-ester of maleic anhydride-rosin adduct with high acid value was obtained by adduction of maleic anhydride with rosin and esterification with pentaerythritol. The produced resin was aminated to aq. binder salt under the action of neutralizing agent and in a suitably selected and compounded aq. solvent system. The aq. binder was dispersed, milled and formulated with qualified pigments, fillers and auxiliaries to give aq. pigment printing agent suitable for screen printing of fabrics. The expts, showed that the aq. binder could be prepd, with rosin/maleic anhydride ratio of 1.3 (mol/mol), pentaerythritol amt, at 6%~7% of total resin, acid value of 140~160 mgKOH/g, an aq. solvent system for dissoln., and neutralization to pH 9.0~9.5 with ethanolamine. The screen printing agent could be obtained by formulating the adduct resin with qualified pigments, fillers and functional auxiliaries (thickening and thixotropic agents).
