有机氟“三防”整理剂的合成研究

Study on the synthesis of fluorocarbon finish for water-,oil-and soil-proofing

以丙烯酸十二氟庚酯(G-04)为主要原料,预乳化后采用种子乳液聚合法,合成了有机氟“三防”整理剂.产品经测试,防油达到6级,防水90分,与国外同类产品性能接近,但产品成本降低很多.

Dodecafluorodecanyl acrylate （G-04） was used as main raw material to synthesize the fluorocarbon ＂triple-proofing＂ finish by seed emulsion polymn, after the emulsification. The product was tested to show grade 6 for oil-proofing and 90 for water-proofing, and that it had similar properties and was much cheaper as compared to foreign analogs.
