摘要
针对750 kV官亭—兰州东送电线路OPGW光缆工程所处的特殊地形环境,文章介绍了光单元生产时光纤余长、余长均匀性、阻水性能以及应力应变性能等工艺技术的设计要求,描述了相关工艺设备的条件与控制,同时给出了相关的试验数据。通过相应的试验,验证了在严格的工艺控制下光单元的各方面性能均达到设计要求,也为本次工程的可靠、安全运行奠定了基础。
Aim to the special landform environment of Guangting to Lanzhou East 750 kV transmission line OPGW optical cable projects, the paper introduces design requirement of optical fiber excess-length, excess-length uniformity, block-water capability and stress performance when the optical cells were produced. The paper describes the condition and control of correlative techniques, also presents some test data. Via corresponding experiment, it ensured that all capabilities can reach the design requirements, and can establish the base for dependable and safe running.
