高层管理团队异质性研究的综述 被引量:26

摘要 自从Hambrick和M ason提出“高层梯队理论”以来,国际上涌现出大量关于高层管理团队的研究,其中高层管理团队的异质性一直是学者们研究的热点并取得了大量的研究成果,本文对这些成果进行综述,探讨高层管理团队的年龄、任期、教育、职业经验、认知等异质性以及不同文化环境对企业绩效、战略的影响,分析已有研究的局限和提出未来研究的展望。
