摘要 在全球供应链竞争的背景下,供应网络中的企业要站在系统优化的角度选择自己的组织结构和合作伙伴。本文构建了一个供应网络组织模型,并在此基础上,利用系统动力学仿真和统计方法进行分析,结论认为供应网络组织结构、供应链组织结构和供应网络层组织结构对系统绩效均具有显著的影响。进一步分析表明在动态需求下,企业应尽量采用有机结构,并且M O型供应链结构要强于OM型结构。 Companies in supply networks should choose its own organization structure and partners from the point of view of system optimization in the circumstance of global supply chain competition. After designing a supply network model, the research use system dynamics simulation and statistics to analyze the effect of supply network organization structure,supply chain organization structure and layer organization structure on system performance. The results show that they all have significant impact. The further analysis prove that firms are supposed to adopt organic structure in dynamic demand and MO type supply chain has better performance than OM one.
