摘要
给出一种柔性制造系统(FMS)模型,它能模仿和跟踪车间中散件(Jobshop)调度计划的执行过程。模型由一类新的高级Petri网组成,它定义了着色令牌、时化变迁和谓词变迁,抽象了物理对象的主要属性和它们间的基本关联。通过数据库描述令牌属性、规则库描述变迁,构成了一种结构紧凑、信息丰富、可反映多个工作进程的高级Petri网模型。它能适应多种工件各自独立的工艺流程以及它们在运行中的变更,比较全面地解决了FMS的动态仿真和实时监控问题。
A mode of FMS which call imitate and follow the implementation of jobshop scheduling in shopfloor is introduced.The model is formed by high level Petri net(HLPN).Colored tokens,timed transitions.and predicate transitions are defined to abstract the attributes of physical objects and the relationships between them,A compaet structure of FMS is provided by using database for token attributes.rulebase for transitions in forming an HLPN model which is able to drive several machining processes with sufficient information.The model can adapt not only various workpieces and their independent routine procedures,but also the change of workpieces and procedures in the case of real-time operation.
