摘要
以7-ACA为原料,在三氟化硼催化下,与1-甲基-5-巯基四氮唑发生缩合反应,制备头孢母核7-ACT盐酸盐。反应完毕以浓盐酸析晶得到目标化合物。经熔点测定及^1H-NMR分析确证目标产物结构,HPLC的质量分数为98%-99%,收率〉90%。
Aim To prepare cephalosporin nuclei 7 - ACT hydrochloride. Method 7 - ACT was synthesized via condensation reaction with 7 - ACA and 1 - nethyl-1H- tetrazole- 5 - thiol as the starting materials, followed by acidified with hydrochloride to give the target compound. Results showed the desired product was obtained in yield more than 39.6 % and its HPLC purity was more than 98 %, its structure was confirmed by malting point and ^1H- NMR.
