摘要
介绍了国内首次研制的光缆CATV用1.3μmDFB激光器组件。组件工作频带达到1GHz,带内起伏<1dB;组件的RIN<-153dB/Hz;出纤光功率>2mW;载噪比CNR>50dB。首次实现用低反射尖锥端光纤和DFB激光器耦合。初步研究了DFB激光器的非线性补偿电路,使互调改善了近8dB。
In this paper, an 1. 3μm DPB laser module with an 1GHz bandwidth and RIN<-153dB/Hz is described. The low reflectance couple between laser chip and fiber is realized firstly with the conical end fiber. The distorter in MI because of L-I nonlinearity of DFB laser is improved about 8dB with compensation.
